 The focus of this massage is to use a deep pressure and focus on working out specific "knots" in the muscles that are causing pain and tension. Sometimes a tool called a T-Bar may be used. This massage is more on the therapeutic side and may be less relaxing than a Swedish or Deep Tissue

The focus of this massage is to achieve total body relaxation by applying the pressure of your choice to specific points on your feet that affect specific areas in the body. By targeting these points on the feet you can achieve total body relaxation. Who doesn't need and love a good foot massage?

The focus of this massage is to use deep tissue massage strokes and stretching to increase overall body mobility and decrease pain/tension. This type of massage is typically done on athletes but you do not have to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage. This massage pairs well with the massage gun.

Cupping Therapy- This therapy focuses on using suction to bring blood flow to the muscles in the body, beneficial for reducing pain and tension.

Percussive Therapy (Massage Gun)- This therapy focuses on using vibration to help bring blood flow into the muscles to reduce soreness and inflammation. This is good for pre/post workout or general soreness.
